Known primarily as the vocalist for legendary Japanese experimental noise band The Boredoms, EYE is also a respected and dynamic visual artist. His work includes countless record covers as well as collaborations with highly esteemed art dissident Shinro Otake and iconic Fluxus artist Nam June Paik.

His most well known album cover artwork is Beck's Midnite Vultures but the record covers for his own bands and projects have been amusing and confounding experimental music fans for two decades.
