| A: | Delivery cost are added during checkout, and includes insurance/recorded delivery for orders over £30 |
| As postage charges vary with the size and weight of the package, it is not always possible to automatically calculate the correct postage, and we will refund the difference if you are overcharged. |
| If you order several items, these may be sent in more than one package where appropriate. |

| A: | We aim to despatch goods as quickly as possible once your payment has cleared. |
| UK, 3-5 days. Europe, 7-10 days, Rest of World, 10-14 days. |

| Q: | How are prints posted? |

| A: | Prints are wrapped in acid free tissue paper, and sent loosely rolled in a strong tube. |
| Smaller prints (less than 30cm), may be posted flat where appropriate. |

| Q: | What is your returns policy? |

| A: | Please contact us before sending any returns. Items must by returned within 7 days of receipt. We can only refund the cost of the item, not any delivery fees. |

| Q: | Do you have tickets for events at the Cube Cinema? |

| A: | Only a fraction of our stock is listed online. If there's something you're after but can't find, try the online shop of our Falmouth gallery. |
